Plan Types
- Free Trial Plan: Includes limited usage for a trial period with no charges unless upgraded.
- Essential Plan: Usage is billed monthly based on actual consumption.
Usage Tracking
- The data shown in this report reflects platform-tracked usage during the current billing period.
- Final billing may differ slightly due to sync delays, rounding, or reporting cycles.
No Free Usage in Paid Plans
- Paid (metered) plans do not include any free usage. Charges begin from the first unit consumed.
Official Invoice
- All charges are billed through Microsoft Azure Metered Billing.
- The usage summary provided on this platform is for informational purposes only.
- Final billing is determined by Microsoft Azure under your subscription.
- In the case of any discrepancy, the Microsoft invoice will be considered final.
Data Sync Delay
There may be up to a 24–48 hour delay between actual usage and its appearance in this report screen.
Fair Use & Regional Scope
- Services are currently available only in supported regions (USA and India).
- All usage is subject to platform limits and regional telecom compliance.
Billing Disputes
- All billing is managed directly by Microsoft Azure under your subscription.
- If you notice any discrepancies or have questions regarding your invoice, please refer to your Microsoft Azure Billing Portal or contact Microsoft Support.
- CCXAI does not provide billing support and is not responsible for issuing or modifying invoices.
Changes to Terms
- These billing terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in pricing, policies, or regulatory requirements.
- Any updates will be posted on this page and will apply to future usage and billing periods.
