Cancellation Policy
Subscription-Based Services
- Customers can cancel their subscription within 72 hours of purchase to request a refund.
- After 72 hours, cancellations are still possible, but payments will be non-refundable.
- Subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing cycle after cancellation.
One-Time Purchases
- Once a one-time service or feature upgrade is purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless there is a technical issue or billing error.
Refund Policy
- Full Refund: Available only if the subscription is canceled within 72 hours of purchase.
- No Refund After 72 Hours: Once the cancellation window closes, payments are non-refundable.
- Billing Errors & Failed Transactions: If a charge is incorrect, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.
- Refund Processing: All refunds will be credited to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7-10 business days.
Refund Processing
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed via Razorpay and credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- We follow Razorpay’s refund policies, and any delays in processing are subject to their guidelines.
