CCXai Pricing & Usage Policy
Base Pricing
- Prices shown for Free, Pro, and Custom plans cover CCXai platform services.
- Charges are calculated per agent, per message, per minute, or per MB as listed in the pricing table.
Additional Carrier Charges
- SMS failed delivery fees, PSTN surcharges, SIP trunking, and other carrier-imposed charges are billed at Twilio’s actual cost with no CCXai markup.
- Business numbers (local, toll-free, or special) are charged at Twilio’s monthly rate.
Storage Charges
- Call and chat recordings are stored on Microsoft Azure.
- Storage is billed per MB at the listed CCXai price.
Billing & Invoicing
- Billing is monthly and usage-based.
- All charges are in USD (taxes, if applicable, are extra).
Free Plan Limitations
- The Free plan is designed for startups and small teams.
- CCXai reserves the right to limit or adjust usage if abused.
Price Changes
- Pricing may change if Twilio or Azure update their rates.
- Customers will be notified before any significant changes take effect.
