Customer Widget – User Guide
The CCXAI Customer Widget enables seamless real-time communication via chat and voice call, along with features like screen sharing and microphone volume control. Follow the steps below to get started.
Before You Start – Allow Permissions
- When using the widget for the 1st time, your browser will prompt you to allow access to your microphone and optionally your screen.
- Click “Allow” when prompted to grant the necessary permissions.
- This ensures smooth voice call and screen sharing functionality.
Accessing the Widget
- Locate the headset icon on the bottom-right corner of the website.
- Click the icon to open the CCXAI Customer Widget.
- You’ll see two options:
- Chat
- Call

Using the Chat Option
- Click “Chat”.
- Choose a department:
- Support
- Sales
- You will be connected to an available agent. If agents are busy, please wait 3–5 minutes.
- Once connected, you can chat in real-time with the agent.
- During the chat, the agent may request screen sharing (optional and secure).

Using the Call Option
- Click “Call”.
- Please wait 10–20 seconds while the system connects.
- You will hear a welcome message.
- Follow the voice prompt:
- Press 1 for Sales
- Press 2 for Support
- Your call will then be routed to the appropriate team.
- Features available during the call: Microphone Volume Control
- Features available during the call: Screen Sharing (if initiated by the agent)

Security Notice
All communications via the widget are encrypted and secure. Your data is protected throughout the interaction.
