Verification Policy
At CCX.ai, we prioritize your privacy and security. This Verification Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information during the account verification process. By proceeding, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Data Collection and Usage
To ensure secure access to our platform, we collect your email address and phone number during the verification process. This information is used exclusively to verify your identity and provide access to the CCX.ai platform. Your contact details will also be used for essential service-related communications, such as account confirmations and security alerts.
2. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to safeguarding your personal information. All data collected during the verification process is encrypted during transmission and securely stored. We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Our practices comply with global data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
3. Verification Process
To complete your account setup, we require verification through both email and phone:
- Email Verification: A unique verification link will be sent to the email address you provide. You must click this link to authenticate your identity.
- Phone Verification: A one-time passcode (OTP) will be sent via SMS to your registered phone number. Entering this code completes the phone verification process.
4. Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your information. If there are multiple failed verification attempts, your account may be temporarily locked to prevent unauthorized access. Additionally, we may enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for enhanced account security.
5. Communication Policy
By verifying your account, you consent to receive essential communications related to your account’s security and functionality. We will only contact you for necessary purposes such as verification, password resets, and service updates. You may manage your communication preferences through your account settings at any time.
6. User Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate and valid contact information during the verification process. Sharing or disclosing your verification codes to unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited. Failure to provide accurate information may result in restricted access or account suspension.
7. Compliance and Legal Obligations
We adhere to applicable laws and regulations regarding data privacy and verification. Your information may be disclosed if required by legal authorities under lawful requests. We continuously review and update our practices to ensure compliance with the latest legal standards.
Information Collection and Usage
During the organization setup process, CCXai collects essential information to configure and personalize your contact center experience. This information includes the organization name, tenant code, email address, and phone number. Each piece of information is necessary to create a secure and identifiable environment for your organization.
The organization name serves as a unique identifier for your business within the platform and is required for managing contact center operations. The tenant code is a distinct value assigned to your organization to ensure proper tracking, access, and identification. The email address is collected for communication purposes, including administrative updates and service-related notifications. The phone number is required to facilitate inbound and outbound calls and to verify the authenticity of your organization.
This information is collected to enhance platform functionality, enable communication features, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
Call Handling Options
The CCX.ai platform provides organizations with the ability to configure call-handling options based on operational needs. Users can enable or disable inbound calls, outbound calls, and call recording functionalities.
When inbound calls are enabled, your organization can receive incoming calls from clients or customers through the platform. Outbound call functionality allows agents to place calls to external parties. Call recording, if activated, captures and stores voice interactions for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes.
All recorded calls are encrypted and securely stored. Access to these recordings is restricted to authorized personnel only. By enabling call recording, you acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection and privacy laws governing the collection and use of recorded communications.
