At CCXAI, we ensure transparency in all billing processes. For services hosted or billed through Microsoft Azure, our cancellation and refund policies follow Microsoft’s billing guidelines.
Cancellation Policy
Subscription-Based Services
- Customers can cancel Azure-linked services anytime through the CCXAI dashboard.
- Microsoft’s billing model typically charges prorated usage until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time unless covered by Microsoft’s policies.
One-Time Purchases (Azure Marketplace / Add-ons)
- Once a one-time service (e.g., storage upgrade, add-on) is purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless there is a technical issue or billing error
Refund Policy
- Full Refund (rare): Only available if cancellation occurs before service activation, subject to Microsoft’s approval.
- Prorated Billing: For subscriptions canceled mid-cycle, Microsoft may only bill for the used portion of services.
- No Refund After Usage: Payments for consumed Azure resources (e.g., storage, compute minutes) are non-refundable.
- Billing Errors & Failed Transactions: If a charge is incorrect, Microsoft will work with Microsoft to validate and process the refund. Processing typically takes 7–10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method via Microsoft’s billing system.
